Seniors at O'Dea all have a different story. everyone has different reasons for coming to O'Dea. Today i interviewed a good friend of mine Zach Dietiker a senior at O'Dea and i asked him different questions about his reasoning for choosing O'Dea. the First question i asked was "how did you come to O'Dea?" his response is well said "Choosing O'Dea for high school wasn't a hard choice for him because of the good words he heard about the school and because of the reputation of the students the school produces. he also talked about how the schools academics and athletics made the school even more appealing to him.

Zach enjoyed playing football for O'Dea and building the brotherhood with his teammates. activity's included in football like practice everyday after school and weightlifting in the Gym with Coach P helped everyone build a special bond. For the second question i asked was " what was his favorite part of O'Dea" his response is " his classmates and teachers because they know you so well and teach in a different manner to really get to know and connect with the students on a academic level." He also said teachers want the best for you and your future.

Adding on to the same question Zach had more to say about the O'Dea student body specifically, he talks about how Students at O'Dea hold each other accountable in every situation. The last thing Zach pointed out about the student body of O'Dea is the incredible acts of service and faith we do in the community but also outside of school.

The ending question i asked Zach was "what are you most passionate about?" Zach replied saying He really enjoyed the academic side of O'Dea because it helped him find what he really likes which is business and marketing and something the helped him make his decision is not being afraid to go into something new like a subject in college.
