If you've never had good teriyaki before then I can assure you that you are in the right place. Around the O'Dea campus, everyone knows about Yoshino's teriyaki, but people tend to forget about Pho Saigon.
Pho Saigon is a restaurant that was started by a man by the name of P.B. Tran. Tran started Pho Saigon in 1998 in Midtown Houston with his wife. Pho Saigon started as a small local business, but now in its twenty-fifth year, Pho Saigon has nine locations throughout the U.S.
Pho Saigon ranges from teriyaki to sandwiches to pho to anything you want. Although it could be a little on the pricey side as some plates can cost up to twenty dollars, it's worth those twenty dollars -- trust me.
Going to Pho Saigon is nothing new to me as I go every once in a while. When I go to Pho Saigon I get half fried rice, half noodles, then double orange chicken, and three chicken wings to wrap it up.
This is all important information if you live in Seattle or maybe just visiting Seattle. This is because teriyaki has been around for as long as I can remember, and it is a hallmark of the Seattle food scene. You could find a teriyaki restaurant in a mall, on the corner, next to other stores, and just about anywhere.
This is why it's essential to find yourself a good teriyaki spot when in Seattle, and I wouldn't recommend any other teriyaki spot besides Pho Saigon.
